Terms of use
These terms govern use of the WireHop service and its private-network access controls.
Authorized use
Use WireHop only for networks, systems, and data you are authorized to access. Account holders are responsible for protecting credentials, recovery codes, and enrolled MFA devices, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Security and administration
Organization administrators control membership, access duration, routers, and access policies for their organizations. WireHop may record security and administrative events to operate the service, protect users, and investigate misuse.
WireHop AI acknowledgement
WireHop AI is an optional assistance feature. Its output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not a substitute for your security review. You must verify responses before relying on them. The assistant acts only through available service controls, and changes require your explicit confirmation; you remain responsible for every confirmed action. Do not provide secrets, credentials, private keys, or data you are not authorized to share. By using WireHop AI, you acknowledge that relevant messages and operational data are processed by the configured AI provider as described in the Privacy notice.
Availability and acceptable conduct
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service controls. Do not use the service to transmit unlawful content or gain unauthorized access. Service availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, or security actions.
Organization agreements
If an organization provides your account, its agreement with the service provider and its internal policies may impose additional rules. Those agreements govern where they conflict with these operational terms.
